Happy Sunday! I cannot even EXPLAIN the excitement that I am feeling about a break from distance learning for the girls and myself! We decided to make a little treat tonight.
DAIRY FREE hot cocoa
Here’s what we did:
•In a pot, we warmed up one carton of chocolate almond milk and about 1/2 a cup of oat milk and then poured in 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
•Whisk and whisk until the chips are melted and the milks are warm.
•We poured the hot cocoa into mugs and added just a splash of TJ’s Cocoa Peppermint Almond Creamer, then topped it with some coconut whipped topping and cocoa cinnamon sugar blend.
Now, time for the hot tub, bed, and NO FREAKING ALARM CLOCK for 14 days. Praise.
